2020 Vision

As we begin a brand new decade and new year, what better time than now to recalibrate our spiritual vision! Are we looking at life with spiritual eyes, or the eyes of the flesh? Are we clearly seeing God’s will for our life, or are we simply looking at the allures and cares of this world?

The most important way to ensure we have the vision of Christ is to constantly redirect our eyes to His. Beginning today, may I encourage you to take on the – 2020 Spiritual Vision – 20 Minutes of prayer and 20 Minutes in your Bible, every day. The 2020 Spiritual Vision will give you a new perspective on life.

Consider praying differently. Keep a prayer log of prayer needs and answers. Pray through the Psalms, choosing a new Psalms every day. Pray prayers of intercession and watch your faith grow! Pray as you walk and drive.

When it comes to reading the Bible, try a new translation. Many times, the same translations prevents us from seeing new perspectives in the scriptures. Consider journaling an application or teaching from your daily reading. 

"When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight" (Luke 24:30, 31).

May 2020 be the year the Lord opens our eyes even wider to Him!
