A Miracle of Grace!

It’s always a miracle to witness the supernatural work of God in someone’s life as they turn away from the ways and values of this world and choose to follow Jesus. This Sabbath, we have the joy of welcoming two new members into our church family as they are baptized! Ash Shahidi and Giselle Perez Mendoza will be taking this beautiful step of faith.
Both grew up in very different homes, one in the church and the other outside of it. Yet their stories remind us that no matter where we come from or what our journey has been, God is able to draw us to Himself when we have a heart willing to receive Him.
Following the service, we will celebrate together with a special potluck! Let’s show our newest members how much they mean to us by being present, bringing food to share, and celebrating this important day with them.
Let’s be the Acts 2 church, a church where we love, welcome, and befriend those who join the body of Christ!
We’ll see you this Sabbath!
