Next week, over 60,000 individuals from over 100 countries will gather for the International Pathfinder Camporee in Gilette, Wyoming. This is the single largest gathering of Adventist young people in the world, and it happens once every five years.
The Hill Pathfinder Club, led by Willard Rainey, will lead a group of approximately 30 Pathfinders (plus support staff), to Wyoming in the coming days. The Camporee runs from August 5-11. This event is jam-packed with activities like learning new skills, service projects, rodeos, nature exploration, parades... And the evening and Sabbath programs bring tens of thousands together for powerful worship experiences.
The first Camporee was launched back in 1985, and the goal has always been the same: to foster more followers of Jesus. Each Camporee always results in thousands of baptisms. Let’s pray for the Holy Spirit to be poured out in double measure on this next generation of young people, with many hearts turning to Jesus!
"Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children.”
Luke 18:16
