Who in the Bible seemed the least likely to become someone great in God's eyes? He was a deceiver, a manipulator, and someone who raised his sons to follow in his footsteps. He had plenty of street smarts but not much character. And yet, God showed him incredible grace. The Lord never turned His back on him. In fact, He made him the father of a whole new nation.

That man was Jacob. And no one is better suited to remind us of the relentless grace of God than he.

Have you ever wondered if you’ve stumbled too many times for God to still use you? Could your soul use a fresh encounter with God’s unending, unbending, and unwavering love? If so, then you won’t want to miss our new sermon series: “The Life of Jacob.”

This series is for strugglers and stumblers, the proud and the self-reliant, those who mean well but don’t always do well. It’s a story of transformation—and a powerful reminder that God’s love is strong enough to change even the most difficult of hearts. To be honest, it’s a series about God’s grace!

This Sabbath, we kick off our new series, and we also get to celebrate a special baptism! Seven-year-old Matthew Watkins will share his testimony and his reason for giving his young life to Christ. You won’t want to miss hearing his story and witnessing this joyful event!

May the Lord continue to draw you ever closer to Him!

"The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will He harbor His anger forever; He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities."
Psalm 103:8-10
