International Sabbath

There’s something special about our church that you may have noticed. In many ways, we reflect the beauty of God’s family around the world. As you look around the sanctuary on any given Sabbath, you’ll see people from dozens of ethnic backgrounds representing virtually every continent on earth. What a beautiful picture of God’s creativity in making every nation, tribe, people, and tongue.
This Sabbath, we are excited to celebrate our very first International Sabbath. We have a special worship service planned, including three personal testimonies from church members sharing their journeys of faith. Joel Oim, Evelyn Alvarado, and Alfredo Alvarado will each share how Jesus has transformed their lives. You won’t want to miss it!
Following the service, we will gather together for an International Potluck. Please bring your favorite ethnic dish to share as we enjoy a wonderful variety of flavors that give us a glimpse of the great heavenly banquet to come!
