The Time Has Come!-

This Sabbath, we have the joy of welcoming the newest member of our pastoral team! If you haven't heard the exciting news, Pastor Jesse Zachawerus officially joined our staff on August 3, and this Sabbath will be his first Sabbath with our church family.
Pastor Jesse comes to us from the Santa Rosa Seventh-day Adventist Church, where he faithfully served as Youth Pastor for the past three years. A graduate of Pacific Union College, Pastor Jesse was born in Indonesia and raised in Southern California. It was there that God placed a call on his heart for pastoral ministry. His genuine love for Jesus, passion for His Word, and heart for young people will be a tremendous blessing as he mentors and disciples the next generation to know, love, and faithfully follow Christ.
Pastor Jesse is eager to get to know his new church family and is especially looking forward to spending time with the youth and young adults of our congregation.
I hope you'll join us this Sabbath to give Pastor Jesse a warm Pleasant Hill welcome! Everyone is also invited to stay for a special fellowship lunch as we celebrate his first Sabbath with us.
It has been 18 months since our church last had a youth pastor. Throughout that time, you have faithfully prayed and patiently waited, and we are grateful for your trust in God's leading. In His perfect timing, God has provided! We praise Him for His faithfulness! God is good, all the time!
