Preaching from the Grave

In just 100 days in 1994, Hutu extremists slaughtered more than a million Tutsis in Rwanda. In the face of such evil carnage, a young Adventist Tutsi refused to break God’s commandments. As with Daniel and his three friends, God repeatedly intervened to not only save his life but also to give him opportunity to witness for Jesus.

Phodidas Ndamyumugabe says, “While it is true that thousands were dying around me, God was still God and acting in Rwanda.”

This Sabbath our guest speaker, Dr. Ndamyumugabe, will share the riveting story of how an angry militia surrounded him with clubs and machetes, and asked him to dig his own grave, before his would be execution. But God had the last word bringing this agonizing story to a miraculous conclusion.

Please join us this Sabbath as you listen and see firsthand the story of faith from the Rwanda genocide. Bring a friend and be encouraged!

Blessings!
