SALT Outreach

Perhaps you have been wondering how you can make a tangible
difference for those hurting in our community? This Sabbath, SALT
Outreach, a Florida-based SDA ministry specializing in serving the
homeless, will be our special guests. Their founder, Eric Camarillo,
will share how God rescued him from homelessness and then gave him a
vision with how to make a huge difference for the less fortunate.
Today
SALT Outreach serves the lives of thousands of unsheltered individuals
on the streets of Orlando. The ministry centers on providing mobile
services (trailers) with various functions (such as portable showers,
portable laundry services, portable haircut services, etc.).
Here’s the schedule for this weekend (February 25-27):
Friday, 7:00 PM – Friday Vespers – SALT Outreach Presentation
Sabbath, 11:15 AM – Worship Service – Speaker, Eric Camarillo
Sabbath, after the worship service – Potluck Lunch
Sabbath, 2:30 PM – SALT Outreach Presentation

our brothers in Orlando how to make a tangible difference for Jesus in
our time and place.

you say to that person, “God be with you! I hope you stay warm and get
plenty to eat,” but you do not give what that person needs, your words
are worth nothing. James 2:16
