Preparing the Harvest

How are you doing with the three-to-five outreach initiative? Are
you consistently praying for three to five individuals in your life who
may not yet know Jesus? They could be a family member, friend, neighbor,
or co-worker. Beyond praying for them, they are people you want to be
consistently reaching out to by text, phone calls, coffee, or lunch
together to build your relationship while looking for opportunities to
share your faith.
Believe it or not, God has
put individuals in your life that He seeks you to disciple. As a
follower of Jesus Christ, we are called to be His influencers, His
light, His salt, His witnesses.
I am also
personally accepting this challenge and have seen the Lord working to
create opportunities to be His witness. I want to affirm those of you
who are actively reaching out to be an intentional witness for Jesus!
When you love the Lord, you can’t help but want others to experience
what you have in Him!
Toward that end, you are
invited this Sabbath for a special worship service. Guest speaker Pastor
Jose Martin will be preaching about going out on a limb for Jesus! Then
in the afternoon, at 2:15 PM, he will present a one-hour seminar (live
and live-streamed) called: “Preparing the Harvest.”
All
this is in preparation for our upcoming “Revelations of Hope” seminar,
to be held April 2-10 in our church courtyard. With spring practically
upon us, now is the time to plant the seeds for Jesus!
For this is what the Lord has commanded us: “I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.” Acts 13:4
